Michael's latest industry update

We are about to open our new flagship office showroom.
385 Remuera Road

27th November 2017

Since this week’s press release that Auckland house prices dropped for the first time by 0.6%, there has been a stream of new listings presented to the market on the major websites.

3rd November 2017

Despite the mixed feelings of the newly formed government and how this may impact on real estate, we have seen little signs of change in our office.

27th October 2017

After a lovely long weekend, we look forward to the summer rush and will keep you informed.

24th October 2017

While many people head out of Auckland traditionally for Labour Weekend, we have many key clients flying into town to view luxury property.

20th October 2017

Traditionally business dips during the School holiday period, but despite the quiet roads the past 2 weeks, there was no downturn on viewings, activity and sales.
Hopefully this is a good sign moving forward.

16th October 2017

Despite the slowing of the market, I must confess the luxury market still has a shortage of quality high end stock in the $5m to $10m price range in which our company flourishes.

4th August 2017

The multitude of offshore buyers immigrating to NZ is just staggering and naturally well received.

21st July 2017

Despite the traditional quieting of the market, we have five live offers on the table for multi-million dollar properties. Shy of the asking prices, this is indicative of the current market conditions.

16th July 2017

The continuous blue sky and beautiful weather is bringing more buyers out to view property each day. Property is selling and we are witnessing a lot of offshore buyers moving to Auckland recently.

3rd May 2017

The numbers through open homes remain above average and the quality of real buyers versus spectators is excellent also. We are seeking new listings to provide choice for those that missed out at our up and coming auctions.

3rd April 2017

All focus on Rugby and New Zealand's America's Cup win, the local spirit is high even with this appalling weather!

7th March 2017

With a growing number of buyers on our database seeking quality real estate now is a great time of the year to be selling property.

6th March 2017

The sun is shining and the the buyers are active...4 sales in the past two weeks.

6th December 2016

Spring is in the air, daylight saving starts this weekend, watch the market fly
